Refund Policy

Customer provides his/her credit card information during registration and shall he/she decide to cancel the subscription within 3 days of registration an immediate refund of the service fee will be provided to the credit card number used to purchase the services.

Service Cancellation

Subscription cancellation should be submitted via deactivation request located in My Account section. Once deactivation request is submitted, customer’s subscription is cancelled. Subject to the Terms and Conditions a non- refundable administration fee may apply.
